We are looking for an open-minded and reliable marketing specialist to join our team for the high surf season 2024/25 (starting from now / September)!
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Instagram: Creating professional Reels, Stories, Posts
Creating targeted Instagram ads (Meta ads manager etc.)
Advice & improvement on marketing strategy (incl. SEO on our website)
Expressing yourself fluent in English (writing and speaking)
Any skills in video cutting and photography welcome
WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU:
Manage & update our Instagram account daily
Take pictures & videos of our daily surf camp life (surfing, meals, yoga, activities and trips, etc.) for creating up-to-date content
Manage your own working hours, but keep in touch regularly for new ideas & projects
As part of our team, keep a reasonable friendship - distance relation with our guests

RECEPTIONIST & HOSTING
ABOUT OUR SURF CAMP:
- We are a small - mid sized surf camp located in a nice atmospheric house in Taghazout, 200m from the beach, with 20 sleeping places and a small, family-like team.
- Our main focus are quality surf lessons, fresh and healthy meals, and a chilled, family-like athmosphere
- We work as a surf camp, that means, our guests book full programmed surf packages, including accommodation, food, surfing (and yoga and other activities or day trips). Arrival and departure days are flexible, guests book their individual surf package.
- Our guests are mainly between 20 and 40 years old and come with the goal to learn surfing or improve their surf skills
ABOUT THE WORK ITSELF "RECEPTIONIST / HOSTING":
- Taking care of our guests and their surf packages, payments and the weekly program
- Welcoming guests, do the check-in and show & explain them our surf camp with our rules and how it works
- Manage our calendar / free rooms and communicate checkins / checkouts to our room service team
- Communication with our kitchen + cleaning team and controlling the correct amounts of meals
- Communicating with our surf shop for board rentals of our guests etc.
ABOUT THE WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Shift works: Either morning shift (8:15 - 17:00 incl. lunch break) or evening shift (17:00 - approximately 21:30) (it's usually a more or less equal amount of morning and evening shifts each week)
- 1 - 2 free days per week
- including free accommodation in our team room (together with 2 other persons of our team)
- including free breakfast and dinners (dinner is included when our guests have dinner as well. During the season that's always the case, during summer maybe not every day.)
- you can join our surf day trips 1 - 2 times per week (incl. surf lessons, lunch, surf equipment)
- monthly payment
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
- (possibly manage our instagram account during summer.)
- (teaching yoga if certified yoga teacher)

What we expect from you:
Official Yoga teacher certificate
Experienced in teaching smaller groups
Speak english fluently
Promoting your Yoga classes and motivating more guests to take part

Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Photography
Possibly also in SEO
What your tasks will be:
Managing our social media accounts
Gaining more followers
Keep social media accounts up to date
Take pictures of our daily surf camp life (surfing, meals, yoga, other activities and trips, etc.)
Take pictures of our guests surfing, sort them out and send them to our guests
What we expect from you:
Be down for the surfing and travelling lifestyle
Speak and write english fluently, any other language is useful
You love working with our guests and motivate them
You can work independently and reliably
